Day 4: Grateful for Friendships

“A friend loves at all times…”Proverbs 17:17

Friend are awesome, I really believe they are God’s gift to us!  A precious gift that means we don’t walk and experience life alone.  Friends are awesome to one’s mental, emotional, spiritual and mental health!  True friends are like gold dust, they are precious and should be cherished – always.

God created us to be relational beings and so true friends are essential to this journey called life – they test, encourage and build us up to become better people.  They see our best and worst and still love us regardless.

Today Lord, we are grateful for the friends you have placed in our lives; past, present, old and new. We say thank you for putting these special people in our lives, we love them dearly and could not really go on this journey without them.

We pray that our gratitude for friends and great friendship is acceptable in your presence in Jesus name. Amen.
