It is a matter of the heart. It should be an everyday occurrence. It should be a habit; it should be a way of life. Once again Remi well done.

    4 reasons to be thankful,

    1. Because we are commanded to, being thankful is an act of obidence to God, Jesus made reference to the 10 lepers who were cleanse from leprosy. He said ‘Were there not 10?’ Out of 10 only one bordered to come back to say thanks. 1 Thess 5:18, it is the will of God for us to be thankful. In giving thanks always we are being obidient as well as fulfilling a Gods will.

    2. A thankful heart is a joyful heart. Giving thanks ignite something with us, joy, and freedom to worship which releases us from the stress of daily life. A joyful heart will never tire from giving thanks.

    3. Giving thanks is contagious, an attitude of thanksgiving will cause those around you to want to do the same, regardless of their religious belief. Have you noticed how people describe the weather? For instance if it is cold and raining they will say things like it is a miserable day. And automatically everyone starts to say the same thing.
For me my response is yes it is raing and cold, but this is the day the Lord has made, I am alive and well, which means it is not miserable. I have noticed that whenever I say that those around stop to think. Use every occasion to give thanks because those around you will notice and come to adopt the same attitude

    4. It is a good thing. David said in Psalm 92:1. it is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord and to sing praises unto his name. Throughout the psalms we see David giving thanks even when his life was in danger. ‘O give thanks to the Lord for he is Good. For His mercies endures forever. David’s constantly gave thanks and as a result good always cones out of every situation. Thanksgiving is a good thing and good thing happens as a result of giving thanks.

1 – Because we are alive. This is the day that the Lord has made, let’s rejoice and be glad in it.
2 – Because God has already paid the price for us. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whosoever would believe on Him would not perish but have everlasting life!
3 – Because God is working in and thru each day for the glory of His kingdom. Let’s consider it pure joy when we face trials of many kinds because it builds up our faith and as we persevere and it builds, we will continue till we are mature, complete, and lacking nothing.
4 – Because we are too blessed to be stressed! People may not realize it, but they need to be thankful for what God has done, is doing, and will do in and thru their lives and so we need to say “Thank You” daily…not only to God but to the people who are pouring into our lives as well.
